The Fowke Recital Prize 2026

All are welcome to join us for an exciting evening of solo recitals. This is a chance to showcase the amazing breadth of talent which we have here at Downside, as well as an opportunity for our senior musicians to inspire younger pupils and indeed the wider community.  This year, we are delighted to welcome back Philip Fowke (B67) to adjudicate our Fowke Recital Prize competition. Philip is an international concert pianist who made his Proms debut in 1979, and who has had a distinguished teaching and examining career, including as professor at the Royal Academy of Music.
