Travel arrangements
Downside School offers coach transfer services in partnership with Centurion Coaches. The services are supported by the School chaperone team that will assist pupils during the coach transfer and on/off coach boarding. Arrangements must be made with a parent or education guardian if pupils require additional support beyond the coach transfer. A coach transfer timetable is provided below.

Atlas South West Ltd is local taxi company offers service routes to Downside. You can make a booking directly with them via a dedicated email address they have set up for this purpose at downsidetravel@gmail.com. Atlas South West drivers are familiar with the practice of providing transfers for Downside and have experience of collecting and delivering pupils to our site. Taxi transport plans must be arranged directly by parents/guardians with any business you chose. Parents are advised to copy in your House Master / House Mistress to email communications so that they are fully informed of your children’s travel plans.
Please note: All taxi bookings are a personal arrangement/contract of engagement between you as the parent or guardian, and the taxi company, not with the School.
