On Tuesday, 20th May, our Second Form pupils spent a meaningful and reflective day at Lamyatt Village Hall for their annual retreat. The day was filled with prayer, Mass, creative listening exercises, group reflections, and a walk with lectio divina in the hills above Lamyatt. These activities helped students explore how to hear the voice of God amidst the marketplace of their lives—where many voices call for attention, but only Christ offers the ‘Voice of Truth.’ This truth affirms that they are ‘the best of the best’ and ‘good enough’ in God’s eyes.
The Chaplaincy extends sincere thanks to the staff and Lower 6th pupils who supported the Second Form, making it possible for them to step away from the busyness of school life and enjoy this sacred time.
