Over the last five weeks over 30 pupils have grasped the opportunity to complete their Discover Scuba Diving Course accredited through PADI – the Professional Association of Diving Instructors.
The course was delivered by the Dive Academy, Yeovil, and was held in the School’s indoor swimming pool.
Here is what some of our pupils thought of the experience:
“My favourite thing about the scuba diving was the underwater egg and spoon race and swimming through the hoops. I really enjoyed the experience although breathing underwater felt a little weird.” – Viva
“I really enjoyed the feeling of floating without gravity whilst also playing with the various obstacles under water. The instructors were funny, and I would like to do the activity again.” – Cecelia
