On Saturday 23th September OGs and their families gathered for this year’s Dinner in Warsaw.
The Head, Andrew Hobbs, his wife Damaris and the Director of Development, Jess Newman, were very pleased to join Polish OGs and their families once again for Mass at the Dominican Church. We are grateful to Fr. Tomas Mantyk who celebrated mass with Jędrzej Kozak (R12) serving.
Finally, a delicious supper was served at Enoteka Warszawska Restaurant, with many memories shared about Downside and family life thereafter. It was a pleasure to welcome Maria Materna (I23) to her first OG event after completing her time at Downside this summer and to hear the comparison between OGs who left the School in previous years.
Thank you to Igor Korczagin (S95), Marek Niedużak (B00) and Jędrzej for the preparations to ensure the event was a great success. We look forward to many more reunions in Poland.
