On the 23rd of May just under 20 OGs gathered at the Tennis and Racquets Club in New York for a drinks reception and dinner.
This event was a great occasion to reconnect and reminisce. Special thanks must go to Toby McLennan (Ra87) and Craig McMurray (B69) for their assistance in organising this event. Their efforts ensured a seamless and enjoyable evening for all attendees. It was also lovely to see John Churchill (B84) who serves as the regional St Gregory’s Society Vice President for the US East Coast.
The evening started with a drinks reception with lively conversations across the beautiful Library, and it was followed by a delicious two-course meal that was thoroughly enjoyed by all. During the dinner, the Head, Andrew, provided an insightful update on future plans for the School, sparking engaging discussions and offering guests the opportunity to ask questions about Downside’s direction and developments.
We are already looking forward to the next gathering. Events like these are pivotal in strengthening the OG network and fostering enduring relationships around the globe.
