On Sunday 29th November, the first Sunday of Advent, the Chaplaincy held its annual Advent Nightfever.

Nightfever is a time of prayer and peace. The focus on the night was the adoration of the blessed sacrament, supported by music from the St Scholastica Community, and included times of silence and the lighting of candles. The St Luke’s Chaplaincy Community supported the event by going out into the School and inviting other pupils (at a social distance) to take some ‘time out’ on their Sunday evening. A well-needed time of prayer and peace for many of the pupils who have had a challenging year.
