Football

During the Michaelmas Term (September) a ‘Development’ XI is available as a Games option for pupils in the Sixth Form only; training three times a week and receiving excellent coaching from our Head of Football, Mr Paul Hunt. In the Lent Term (January) Football can be a Games option for pupils in the Fifth and Sixth Form alongside Hockey, with the School fielding 1st and 2nd XI sides in both sports concurrently.

The School enters the ISFA National Schools Cup and good links have been established with Radstock Town FC to support talented pupils to train and play in a community club setting throughout the year.

Competitive Inter-School fixtures are organised in against opposition including Clifton College, Sherborne, Canford, Malvern, KES Bath, Dauntsey’s, Milton Abbey and Millfield.
