Rosie’s opening two rounds on Saturday and Sunday saw her post scores of 84 and 80 which placed her in fifth place.

Monday and Tuesday were tougher for Rosie, posting a score of 91 and  89 with some particularly windy weather. However, in the sunshine of the final day of the competition, Rosie found her form and completed her final 18-holes two under par, with an amazing score of 72 – the joint best by any player all day. Having already outperformed some seasoned international players, Rosie was understandably delighted but a little nervous as she waited to see the other scores come in throughout the afternoon. Her final placing of fifth far exceeded her ambition to improve on 2022’s result of 15th by finishing inside the top 10. A truly outstanding achievement against some of the best U18 golfers in Europe.
