On the way to the cathedral we took in the sights of the beautiful medieval city, including Vicars Close, the oldest inhabited street in Europe.

The concert included stunning performances of music by William Byrd, alongside two extraordinary new works by contemporary composer Dobrinka Tabakova. We had a superb view from our seats at the front of the side aisle, and pupils enjoyed the chance to talk to Sir Harry in the interval. At the end of the concert, we were fortunate enough to talk to members of the choir and even had a group photo together!
