We were delighted to welcome over twenty OGs and their families back to Downside on Saturday 21st June for their twenty-year reunion.
The day began with a celebratory Mass in the Abbey Church, led by Fr Michael Patey. Aleksander, having just completed his final A Level, led the singing—concluding the service with the Downside School song.
After Mass, pupils conducted tours of the School, including the impressive new Sixth Form Centre. The day culminated in a sun-filled afternoon at the Pavilion, where guests enjoyed the Wanderers cricket match, and young children had fun with bouncy castles and water games alongside Downside pupils.
Our caterers provided a delicious lunch and tea—an impressive step up from the meals OGs remembered from two decades ago!
