We look forward to welcoming you to the Upper Sixth Form Leavers’ Ball.
The form below will ask you to complete information for each attendee you wish to attend (this includes booking a ticket for your child). Please ensure that we have the following details prior to submitting your registration: name of child, name of parents/guest, relation to pupil, dietary requirements and seating requests.
Please be aware that this event is for Current Upper Sixth Form and their families. Please let us know if you would like to request to sit with another family and we will accommodate your wishes wherever possible. Each table seats 10 guests.
