Open Mornings

We host four Open Mornings a year – one dedicated to Sixth Form and three for all year groups. Our Open Mornings include a welcome from the Head, a guided tour by one of our Sixth Formers who will show you around the extensive facilities and stunning grounds including the Houses, sports facilities and the Performing Arts Centre.

Open Mornings take place on Saturday mornings when School is in session so you will see lessons taking place.

You will also enjoy a short recital in Downside Abbey Church before a light lunch in our Weld Café, provided by our award-winning caterers. At lunch you will also have the opportunity to meet Faculty Heads and other members of the Downside teaching staff.

After lunch, you are welcome to take a stroll up to the Cricket Pavilion to watch the afternoon’s sporting fixtures and sample our famous match teas.
