Georgian Cookbook Pre-orders

Our Georgian Cookbook, rediscovered in the Monastery Archives, is being published and will be available to buy in the coming months. 

When it was rediscovered, it received a huge amount of interest from both local and national press. To see our press release on this click here. Containing over 100 recipes, including one of the oldest curry recipes in the country and a recipe for the locally known Sally Lunn bun, the cookbook is a unique insight into Georgian life in a country house in Bristol at the end of the 18th century.
